Mr. Jones has been in private practice in Ashland, Kentucky, since 1972. Mr. Jones was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and graduated from the McCallie School and Centre College of Kentucky. He attended the University of Kentucky, receiving his J.D. Degree in 1972. He is a member of the Boyd County, Kentucky and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the Governor's Clean Air Implementation Task Force and a past member of the Governor's Labor/Management Advisory Council. He has served as a Special Justice of the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
Mr. Jones' areas of practice include administrative law, legislative issues, governmental affairs, environmental law, Kentucky tax law, employment law, mineral law and worker's compensation law. He handles a wide variety of business-related matters, including acting as a liaison between the Firm's clients and governmental agencies.
