MR. JONES has been in private practice in Ashland, Kentucky, since 1972. Mr. Jones was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and graduated from the McCallie School and Centre College of Kentucky. He attended the University of Kentucky, receiving his J.D. Degree in 1972. He is a member of the Boyd County, Kentucky and American Bar Associations. He is a past member of the Governor's Clean Air Implementation Task Force, the Governor's Labor/Management Advisory Council, and the Governor's Transition Team. He has served as a Special Justice of the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
