William F. Bottoms

WILLIAM F. BOTTOMS has been engaged in the private practice of law in eastern Kentucky since being admitted to the bar in 2006. A native of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, he attended Prestonsburg High School and Centre College, earning his bachelor of arts in English in 1998. While an undergraduate, Mr. Bottoms was a member of the Phi Delta Theta national Fraternity, Kentucky Alpha-Delta chapter, and a varsity letterman in football. Prior to attending law school. Mr. Bottoms was involved in retail management and education, receiving his teaching credentials from Pikeville College in 2003 while being named Who's Who among American Small Colleges and Universities. Mr. Bottoms received his J.D. from the University Of Kentucky College Of Law in 2006. During his law school career, Mr. Bottoms was a member of the College's national mock trial team. He is currently a member of the Boyd County Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, and DRI.

Mr. Bottoms is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Kentucky and his practice includes medical malpractice, insurance defense, civil litigation, business litigation, healthcare law, and contracts.
